It has been a busy summer week with Grandpa and Lollie still visiting and lots of fun activities everyday. Merrick also had a baseball tournament this weekend and did some great pitching.
That's not what I really want to talk about today though. What I want to talk about, or more accurately show, is family pictures we had a few weeks ago. It had been a few years since we had gotten pictures done and Elsie was begging for new ones where she wasn't a baby. It was definitely time. Truth be told though, the experience did not go off without a hitch. First, we had to reschedule due to torrential rain. When we finally got to the field, Jeremy had a major allergy attack due to freshly cut grass and could barely breathe or open his eyes. To top it off, Carrigan fell and hurt her knee. Despite all that, I think the pictures turned out pretty well. Now to actually get some printed and up on the wall. Baby steps!
