We did it! We once again made it to summer. Those last few weeks of school were brutal, but somehow we survived. Summer is also shaping up to be busy, with tons of baseball and basketball, but at least the added pressure of school and work (for me) are lifted.
As per tradition, I captured a last day of school photo for each of the kids. It's crazy how much they have all changed this year.
Now that summer is here, we have wasted no time in getting going on the fun. We have already spent time with cousins, gone to the park, had the regular season baseball banquet, and gone berry picking. The pool opens tomorrow and we are looking forward to spending LOTS of time there this summer.
Also, before I go, today is Father's Day and I would be remiss if I didn't say Happy Father's Day to our favorite guy. We are so thankful for the rock that he is for our family.
